Gender Affirming Care Membership

$79 per month

Save $50 if you pay for 6 months upfront ($424)

Membership includes:

  • visits every 3 months

  • individualized treatment plan

  • lab orders

  • prescriptions

  • referrals

  • support

Maintenance Gender Affirming Care Membership

$49 per month

Membership for patients:

  • established with Pride & Joy for >6 months

  • stable on GAC hormone regimen (not requiring dosage adjustments or formulation changes)

  • labs stable and requiring only routine monitoring

  • not requiring new GAC referrals

  • agreement to return to New GAC Membership if changes occur

  • visits (in person or telehealth) every 6 - 12 months

Cash Pay Visits

Direct cash pay option for a single gender affirming care visit as a new or established patient or an acute visit to address a specific medical concern.

$189 per 30 minute follow up visit

$239 per 60 minute initial visit
